Or you can choose from one of our pre designed packages. Once you’ve approved the proposal, we secure your spot with a deposit and handle all the logistics from there. All you have to do? Pack?
How long will it take to receive my booking confirmation and invoice?
Once your deposit or full payment is processed, you’ll receive your booking confirmation and detailed invoice within 24–48 hours. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way — so you’ll always know what’s next.
Are there deadlines for deposits?
Yes. Most travel partners require a deposit at the time of booking to lock in your price and availability. This amount varies depending on the destination and package but is typically due within 24–72 hours of confirming your trip.
When is the full payment due?
Final payment is usually due 45 to 90 days before departure, depending on the travel supplier. Notifications will be sent, providing you with clear due dates and gentle reminders to ensure you stay on track — no surprises.
