We were happy once more with our second booking with Wright Getaway. This was for an all inclusive stay in Ochio Rios in January, 2026. The agent helped with all steps of the booking; from the initial call to choose the right package, purchasing medical insurance, adding extra luggage, addressing various questions we had beforeduring the vacation and especially problem solving when our return flight was cancelled due to a snow storm in Toronto. She’s even still providing assistance (at May, 2026) with respect to our application for a refund from the airline in question.
